EVICTION

It generally takes up to several months to evict someone if you are not sure how the procedure works. We will evaluate the current rental rate in your area and recommend whatever rent increases you should make. A thorough background check will be made on each application received. Once you have reviewed the information provided by our application, you are the one to choose your tenant. We will collect all the required deposits for processing and forward them to you. We do all the foot work, you get the maximum out of your investment.

1.  Experience in the Property Management Field

2.  Multiple Services

3.  Proper Tenant Screening

 You shouldn't have to sign a long-term contract in oder to use property managmement.  Look for a company that will allow you to cancel services if you need to within a 60 day notice period.  Most Property Management companies have yearly automatic contract renewals with a 60 day renewal / expiration clause.  So if you plan on canceling your services, it is best to cancel 60 days prior to the end of contract.  This will allow the property management company to make arrangements for bank transfers, check writing as well as complete a year end report for your taxes. 

5.  Affordable Rates

 Although you can shop around to see who has the better rates, you'll want to keep in mind what you are giving up for a cheeper price.  Many times too often, you get what you pay for.  For example; if you go into a diamond shop and you come out with a cubic zerconia but paid for a diamond, you know you're not getting what you paid for.
